i think this is a parody of Fist of the north star judging by the aura around hitmonlee and like looking blur effects of the arm "movements"

Uh, technically there were God pokemon since the beginning (the birds, Mewtwo and Mew if you mean "Uber"/overpowered)

And babies were in GSC. So they're hardly 'new'.
