It's Passionlip from Fate/Grand Order dressed up as Jack-O' from Guilty Gear. It's a (late) Christmas present for a friend of mine since he loves Passionlip and plays Jack-O's whenever we play Guilty Gear.
Let me tell you, those tiddies had to get redrawn so much to fit into the outfit. I'm glad it all turned out well in the end though. Especially like how the halo/crown thing added in more interest in the lighting.
