The above makes reference to an infamous still from the 3rd Episode of Das Finale (twitter #1375677778570276868). In it she appears to be squinting/glaring, and there have been references made to the fact that she's already squinting/glaring like her mother.

I haven't seen the movie yet myself, but I imagine that what happened is that Chi-Hatan used flares as a blinding tactic, which would explain why the text says "they'll soon be healed", referring to her eyes. (Reminder: if you know the details for sure, be sure to put them in a spoiler)
