Annoyingly, she operated different minigames in each of the games she was in, so that's as specific as it's gonna get. While I do agree with most of your post, I have to say you got it wrong in one point. She doesn't have a tag because there's hardly ANY art depicting her glorious sensuality. THAT is what we need first: More art.

Yes! More art is most definitely required! Danbooru's got such a huge repository of pics, yet I still find characters that are sorely under-represented - sometimes not even obscure ones, like Lovely Complex's Seiko-chan. Just goes to show you how much deliciousness there still is out there for us to discover (or create)!
