You know I feel Gura would be more likely to be the delinquent than Calli. I mean sure people sometimes get that impression from her rap songs but when you actually watch her streams Calli is honestly a complete sweetheart. Meanwhile Gura has done plenty of morally questionable things in many of her gaming adventures.
