Who's the random dog?

Looks like something out of Harvest Moon.. I really have no idea. Makes about as much sense as Souji cosplaying as Akihiko, though.

The dog is from Cowboy Bebop actually.

Considering that Naoto comes from a rich family anyway, it wouldnt be too outa place for there to be a dog anyway.
