ah Yukarin, putting all these kids in Hakurei Shrine... she really wants problems going on.

I can't read Japanese, so no idea about the author, any help?

Put the artist tag in, but as for translations... not much to do. I'll try, but they're all just variations on "Mom" and "Dad" that carry distinctions largely absent in English.

    thanks for the translations!

For the ghost kid, how about Mum and Mom? Mum for the older European English?

and, huh, Marisa's kid knows who has the pants in the shrine

I thought about different things for that guy for a while, but the way he's saying it carries a higher level of respect than your everyday "Mom/Dad" or "Mother/Father" that doesn't exist in English, so I didn't really know what to do.

I'll take you up on your suggestion though, good way to help express the difference. :3

    I suggest using romanizations...
most people who come here probably already know such terms as kaa-san, tou-san, haha-ue, etc. anyway...

How do you address your parents?

"Desu." Both of his "Mother"s are polite forms with Youmu's being more archaic, most likely a tie-in to her character (swords -> samurai -> archaic speech).
