I'm like 80% certain this, and everything this user has ever uploaded, is a self upload. They only upload from this artist, and the artist was banned from here for low quality self uploads less than a year before this user made their account and picked up where the artist left off.

I have uploaded things from other artists, not too much, nor is it that I have other artists who have not already uploaded their work. By poor quality what do you mean? It is traditional digital animation it is not made with vectors or skeleton. Regarding the origin, Twitter usually lowers the quality quite a bit. Is there a problem with me supporting the artist? I think what he does is good, not everything but things like him.

You uploaded one thing from a different artist. By poor quality, I mean the artist was explicitly banned for uploading their own low quality art. Twitter doesn't horribly compress images anymore, it stopped doing that months ago, and never had anything to do with the art being bad anyway. That's a poor excuse, Twitter compression doesn't mangle anatomy.
If you want more evidence that makes your account suspicious: The artist was banned almost two years ago, so between May and November 2019, your account was made November 2019, basically right after the artist got banned. First thing you did was upload something made by the artist, and it's almost the only thing you've ever done. Comparing the comments and forum posts you and the artist have made on the site, you have an extremely similar way of speaking. The world "eliminated" comes up frequently. It's a very suspicious set of circumstances.

Well if those are your arguments go ahead, I have no problem. I upload things about that artist because, as I mentioned before, I think that some of his works are worth it. If the images on Twitter are not compressed but the videos are still doing that. Nor is it that I put everything about the artist every day. It is from time to time but I suppose they are angry that the artist is successful. But in the end you can say what you want, I am free of guilt, I am not being disrespectful and I am not doing something wrong either. If you have that perspective my account is fine. Contrary to him is pointless why I will not be able to make you see that you are wrong.
