    The line art isn't that bad, but the coloring... It looks like she fell into a a laminating machine.

    The line art's pretty bad too. Even for an anime character her head is obscenely large and why is her left leg thicker than her right? Nothing in this picture should be this reflective and have those specular highlights, since it's all cloth.

    The head is pretty much the only well-done part in this picture. I'm willing to bet that the artist made the head first and the rest came after, which is usually a bad idea.
