Truth. If you convert her height to inches, she's only a little less than 5'8". Kind of tall, but not really. Keep in mind she always looks taller because everyone else around her is much shorter.
Sakaki of Azumanga Daioh has the same problem. She's almost freakishly tall compared to her friends (even using her as a makeshift landmark in a crowd) but she's actually only about Rider's height.

Thats correct, saber is 4'9, kiri is the tallest character by far not rider but on the bright side she is the tallest girl. (Well Rider in a manner is taller then kiri but just not the female one)
