The file on abradeli's website is a jpg, the child is a jpg, this is a png. Someone saved the original file, converted it to png. No change in quality, just a bloat in filesize.
Given the pictures are literally identical the argument could be made that the child should be the one saved since it offers the same content while also reducing bandwidth consumption for danbooru.
