Ok, first, she must have had a serious boobjob to look like that, second, that's the most convoluted and extreme bikini/monokini I have ever seen. Definitely bondage/shibari inspired considering the diamond pattern in the front. I would definitely like to see what it looks like in the back to solve all the complex ties.
