I'm skeptic. I doubt the uploader drew this itself. It looks more like he pasted someone else's artwork into a generic yugioh card.

The comment which I can't read seems to confirm that:

Eh not really considering you cannot attack the turn you use it and you can only get one card with it. Its more like a emergency "save me" card really, search your deck for a fortress warrior and block two attacks damage free etc.
