It is very, VERY painful.
I once had a test done to check for STDs and the nurse told me it was only a cotton swab but the dammed thing felt like a barbed needle going in. My god, it hurt soo fucking badly and that was just a cotton swab!! I can't even imagine a finger or mini dildo.
