It's one of those faulty specially-adapted HEATFSDS rounds with fins that fall off remarkable spin-discard-stabilization tech and a wonky fuse an ingenious fuse system that allow it to pull double duty as HESH, all wrapped in a casing with shitty quality control that just falls apart cunningly-scored casing that lets it fragment beautifully on impact into multiple deadly shrapnel. An excellent shell for both anti personnel and building busting duties, that can also do anti tank in a pinch!
