Pun on ta-a noodles. Basically Chinese noodles in a shrimp-based broth, topped with a minced meat sauce, further topped with a medium-to-large sized shrimp (peeled), then garnished with coriander and fried garlic.

Ta-a noodles is usually considered a "snack" and thus comes in small servings.

Ta-a Mi/Ta-a Noodles. Notably, unlike most other noodle dishes, Ta-a Noodles are served in small portions as a snack.

Sichuan has a similarly-named (but unrelated) dish called Dandan noodles, which were also traditionally carried by shoulder poles by sellers in the past. The actual dish is way different though. (Japanese-Chinese cuisine also has an adapted version of Sichuan dandan noodles, called "tantanmen".)

Other Hokkien Chinese communities have conceptually similar dishes (e.g. Prawn Mee/Prawn Noodles) that also involve noodles served in shrimp-based broth topped with a saucy paste and shelled shrimps + coriander. These dishes are more similar to Ta-a Noodles (compared to the Sichuan version), though still different dishes. In particular, they have different broths, noodle type and serving styles.
