But now three women together is rape? Huh. Can't say I disapprove outright.

Looks like Shintaro Kago... he's done a lot of one-panel gags like this, and it's entirely his style of humor.

it's actually part of an entire doujin in the very same style, I can't recall what it's called, though :/

Same character, but in Japanese it's more common in words for transgressive sex, like adultery, rape, incest, bestiality, and necrophilia. Also used for treachery.
