First was autoapproved. Second time it was manually approved after you sent it back to the mod queue.
People sometimes get upset over little things. Some people dislike fanart that seem OOC. Some people dislike fanart that messes their favorites characters. Some people dislike specific fetishes.
All things that are easy to ignore and move on, but sometimes people get fed up and need to complain to vent. I'm certainly must have complained about small things that I could just ignore, too.
