Isshoni Training parody?

Could be a coincidence, but if it is I'm sure someone could look at the original at pixiv and find out there.

I believe it is a parody. I checked all the tags on the original picture, and one of them, いっしょにとれーにんぐ, led to a bunch of pictures resembling Isshoni Training. I've fixed the tags, accordingly.
