Why not just get an adult size raincoat if you dont want soggy tails, kiddo? I'm sure that might alleviate some kyuubi problems you have
then you'd have to take into account the length of one. If anything she just need the extra capacity to hide her floof, not necessarily a much bigger raincoat since Lisa is quite small iirc.
