The Pixiv version is a lossless png but censored. The twitter version is a resampled jpeg but uncensored.
Okay but, don't do that. Third-party edits are not acceptable uploads. I'm guessing you did this for all the ones you uploaded, meaning the sources are wrong for all of them, except for post #4649195 I guess.
I'm not sure in this case whether they're allowed. There's no real "modification", it's just the twitter version with pixiv's pixels.
The twitter and pixiv versions are different resolutions, he would have had to resize the parts taken from the twitter versions, so it's not a perfect 1 to 1 transfer
Not gonna deny he did a really good job though. Best case imo this is a fringe exception to the rule.
