It's a spear and a shield, a'la 300. What is the "error" tag for?

And I put the shield tag on, as well.

Could the error tag be for the nipple looking point on the top of her shoulder?

Uh, the person that added the tag sent me a message saying it's because of the mouth.

Is that considered an error? It seems like a pretty common anime thing. More of a stylistic than wrong/right.

When you stare at it, it does look kinda' weird, though. Her profile has lips, but her mouth isn't touching it... >.>

She has two mouths folks. You can see the ridge of the lips on the edge of the face and then the mouth facing the camera.

Dual lips weilding?

That's originally done because moving lips are hard to do from a profile view. There's no excuse for a mouth like that if it's not animated.
