haha This is cute. I like it too. I think the only canon reason to pair them together is because (and this is a quote from mokou's character page on the touhou wikia)

"The characters for Fujiwara literally mean "Wisteria field", and Mokou "Scarlet (younger) Sister". According to ZUN, however, Mokou can also mean "Paint me red" and her name has no connection to Flandre Scarlet."

Weather they're going off of that or not its still cute hehe ^_^

I've seen dozens of doujins about this pair. This is about as unlikely as Reimu and Marisa. Hell, there's at least three full series on this site about just this pair.

So everyone's just going to ignore the fact that Flandre's naked under that apron? Really? Because Mokou seems to be heartily enjoying it. And I like this couple. I mean, let's face it, Mokou's the only one in the universe (not counting Reimu or Marisa) who could actually play with Flandre and live to tell the tale. Not only that, but most likely go back for seconds! Shino had the right idea having these two meet. And I, for one, enjoy its delicious results.
