    Honkai Impact 3rd Web Event Starfire Convergence Illustration

    Dunno whether an official version would be released, so I threw something together. I pretty much took a packet dump of the web event, then converted it into jpeg and upscaled using waifu2x, before coloring it.

    I'm not exactly sure what the author is talking about in the commentary (packet dump, wuhhh?).

    Screenshots of unreleased video leaks that were upscaled using waifu2x, then passed through a filter before manual coloring?

    Sounds like it goes against our upload rules. Though without seeing the original source I can't be 100% sure.
