Revision: This tag should not be used unless there is a visual difference between the images. Images that differ only in resolution or compression level are duplicates, not revisions.

Diffchecker slider tab shows no changes and the difference tab shows a complete black square.

I'm no professional or photoshop expert but there's not a single discernable difference (that I can tell) from the two images. I get that it's a slightly higher file size, but does that not qualify it as pixel-perfect duplicate? Lmk if I'm wrong.

If it is neither revision or pixel-perf but close enough that it's viable to mark it as duplicate, should it be the parent then?

These aren't pixel-perfect duplicates because there's some imperceptible change between them. They're still duplicates though. If two images are duplicates, then the parent is the one uploaded to Danbooru first.
