Oh, I don't think you'll have to worry about that. It'll most likely just drown in the mod queue and delete itself in three days. Add to the fact that your edit was deleted not once, but twice before... yeah. Zero chance of this getting through, I'd say.
And really, you have no say in what stays or gets deleted. Everything you upload is subject to moderation.
