There seems to be a number of different types of hermaphrodite. Is a clitoris the size of a penis not grounds for identifying a hermaphrodite? Besides that, is futanari such a strict category?

Hermaphrodite means that the character has the genitals of male and female at the same time.

In a lot of futa, the women just have a large erect clitoris. This by that means is futa.

Clits don't ejaculate, though, and the "foreskin" and "glans" are likely markedly different from a penis. Guess the penetration potential fits enough to make up for it.

Don't I know it. A friend and I have come into saying, "How is that not Questionable?!" lately. Really, I think Questionable should be anything that'd cause a colleague to raise their eyebrow at you, including things that technically aren't showing anything off, but are making those "covered" areas the obvious focus.
