Amelia Planchard
A member of the Free Galia Airforce. Familiar is a European Rabbit. 15 years old as of 1944. Sargent.
Born to Galian farmers in rural area of Northwestern Normandy. She's the first witch to be born into her family, and was sent to Galia's training facilities at an early age, a painful experience for her and her family.
Amelia didn't participate in the battles of the invasion of Galia as she was still undergoing training. After being evacuated to Brittania during Operation Dynamo she completed her training as a Free Galia Air Infantry Soldier.
Her uniform, equipment (A Spitfire Mk V Striker) and additional training were provided for her in Brittania.
Her magical power is not weak, and she has excellent tactical studies, but it's been pointed out that she has a very aggressive character. Highly emotional, she can be moved to great tears over every little problem. Often acts lonely or spoiled.
She was stationed as Wing-mates in a small Brittanian Air Defense Base with Flying Officer Perrine Closterman (Pilot Officer at the time) when Perrine was invited to join the 501st.
Something about Perrine's attitude of recklessly charging forward, even at the cost of losing everything, struck a chord in the young girl.

Born to a farming family in Normandy, in the northwestern part of Gallia. As the first witch in her family line, she was sent to a national training institute where she lived alone, away from her family, a difficult experience for such a young girl.
During the Neuroi invasion of Gallia, she was still a trainee undergoing final tests, and thus did not participate in any actual fighting. After the fall of Gallia, she moved to Britannia with Operation Dynamo, where she received training with the Free Gallian Air Force and become a formal Air Infantryman.
Her uniform and Striker (a Spitfire Mk.V), and the training facilities she uses, were all provided by Britannia.
Her magical powers are not low, and she had excellent results in class, but she was noted for not being assertive enough. A very emotional person, her eyes well up with tears at any show of strong feelings. A pampered girl who cannot stand to be alone.
Planchard flew as the wingman of Flying Officer (Lieutenant) Perrine Clostermann (a Pilot Officer (Sous-Lieutenant) at the time) for a time while the two were deployed to a defensive fighter unit at a Britannian base, before the latter was invited to the 501st Joint Fighter Wing.
Planchard appears to be deeply moved by something she sees in Pilot Officer Clostermann, and in the way she always forges ahead recklessly even at the cost of losing everything.
