Is just me or are her toes longer than they should be?
I'm guessing it's drawn with hands as reference. The little toes are too long, and the angling of the feet is impossible if it's a real foot. My best guess was it's copied from a manga page or something with the thumb obscured behind the object in the middle, and the artist was forced to draw the big toe by themself, which explains the dissonance between the little toes and big toe's line 'smoothness'.
