At this point i kinda just feel like she's the "villain sue" of Typemoon. The wierd oddball that can reach disgusting heights of strenght and feats pretty easy if she wants to and only loses because of "plot" or her simply not trying hard enough (usually both). Even as a sidenote character in the Tsukihime Remake (it almost makes her feel more like a joke character xD).

And then there's the CCC Foxtail manga where she gets curbstomped off-screen and we get one panel of her corpse before she's written out of the story entirely for the new Big Bad.
As for 'easily', the original CCC was her jumping through hoop after hoop, letting others beat the original Big Bad for her, and she still wouldn't have made it if it weren't for Anderson deciding he actually likes her enough to help. And even then it was still only possible in the first place because of BB and Mooncell shenanigans. In a standard Grail War (Fuyuki style or even just a normal Mooncell Grail War without insane AIs breaking the system) she stands almost no chance of getting that far.
And she lost because she absorbed a bunch of powerful people who hated her guts and loved the protagonist, so they used what little influence they had left inside her to force her to hold back.
The CCC/FGO event was literally the harmless FGO Kiara (who was actually a good person) getting replaced by CCC Kiara thanks to Zepar's dumb ass. And it took BB plotting behind her back, multiple sacrifices and actual time travel to beat her.
Villain Sue? Kiara doesn't even come close. She's a deadly schemer who can only win if she's allowed to hide while she accumulates power and influence. Anyone going after her before she establishes a cult/powerbase or before she figures out a way to get a power-up will wreck her. The problem is she's smart enough to stay hidden until she's ready to unleash hell.
Hell, being a Dead Apostle Ancestor is actually a massive downgrade for her compared to becoming something close to a True Demon or a Beast like in CCC and FGO.
