Yes, and she also has bear ears, that character has double buns, unless you really think those are supposed to be bear ears. The outfit she appears to be wearing also doesn't match either of her skins. The general shape of her hair, purple eyes, and rabbit hair clip match Yamakaze, but nothing else about it does.
The rabbit clip also comes from her Magic Time Standby skin, which has twintails, which also aren't present here.
Suruga and Abercrombie here perfectly match, but "Yamakaze" doesn't.

my guess is that the artist probably didn't choose to include the twintails (from her skin) in the wanted poster of Yamakaze and so you can only see the basic features of her face in her skin which includes the bunny clip in the hair. That's why I thought it was Yamakaze since it could not be anyone else... as there are no other ship girls (of which I know of) that looks similar to the poster shown. The closest resemblance being Yamakaze with her skin. Otherwise who else would it be?

I forgot to mention that when I wrote my first comment I was not talking about abercrombie's poster (the blond girl to the left-most) but the bunny hairclip poster next to it.

I know abercrombie is in this due to the blonde hair and bunny ears, but the one with brown hair and a bunny clip next to her poster is Yamakaze 100%. It's literally outright impossible for the second one to be abercrombie as well since she already has her own poster in here.
Additionally Suruga does not have a bunny hair clip. Also the bunny hair clip poster has no horns in it. Besides Suruga already has her own poster in here as well to the utmost right in the bottom right. But the one with the bunny hairclip in the middle next to the manjuu poster (on the left) is Yamakaze.
I literally never said the brown haired girl was Abercrombie. I also very clearly stated that it couldn't be anyone but Yamakaze, it just barely looks anything like her.
