Can somebody who has actually seen the 2.0 movie and the final plugsuit design in animation PLEASE tell me what exactly is going on in the breast area? When I first saw the lineart I uploaded, I thought she was wearing a bra underneath. Then I noticed in a lot of fanart that there were no brastraps under her arms, and it looked like she wasn't wearing anything except an opaque lighter part of the plugsuit concealing her nipples. However, this artist quite clearly draws brastraps. So which is it?
..Wow I phrased that poorly when I first typed it. What I meant to say was that your second assumption was correct: It's just an opaque part in the actual movie.
