I was going to say Ainz doesn't have the right parts to be pleasured in that way, but then I realized he probably has magic to transmute himself some flesh if he wants. What's more worrying is his mental blocks as an undead. Since all strong emotions are tempered does that include lust? If so does that mean he can never feel horny enough to climax? Or can he quickly shoot one out before the mental blocks kick in?

He has no interest in sex, couldn't enjoy it anyway ("Lost it before I got a chance to use it"), thinks of Albedo more as a niece than a romantic candidate, and feels guilty about rewriting his friend's character, so he is heavily creeped out by Albedo's romantic overtures.
