I'm presuming some sort of internal organ damage that he just didn't notice until now? At first I thought it might have been some reaction to what he's been feeding her, but that line on her upper chest looks like it's supposed to be internal bleeding so...

It can also be septic shock or ruptured vessels because of travelling thrombi. Remember that in previous page he said that the necrosis is still ongoing?

But that strange marking coupled with shaded area around her chest makes me think that this is gas gangrene (warning, do not image search if you're sqeamish). It can appear spontaneously without any warning signs on people that has open, contaminated wound, and didn't take antibiotics after the wound is dressed and closed.

I think this will force our MC's hand and get her that high heal. This looks really bad for our elf.

Slow-release poison in her stomach. Or so Mr. Medicine conjectures. He also IDs the poison as a neurotoxin from the venom of an "Obsidian Spider".

So far, we're seeing the "Rape" part. I can't wait for the "Revenge" part to come up. It'll be horrible but satisfying.
