Dump all the frames after the bloom finishes, then splice them together, and use the moving eruru to overlay the text and clone brush it if you don't have enough information?

The way Eruru is scrolled and the text overlays her, you should be able to completely reconstruct her.

But how about the upper part?
It gets darker and all colors become too similar to just simply bright them up.

In this picture, he cut off the section where it gets draker. In the anime, you see her whole arm. he just cut it off at her right elbow (Good call)
