Hahah, it certainly does seem that way judging from the pictures. (Either that or it simply disappears somehow when she changes.) It'd be interesting to see Marisa's reaction if EX Meiling were to greet her at the gate during her next visit.

I would think that the knives to the brain are what keep her out of EX form. I can see it now, Remilia asks Sakuya to reign in Meiling's power, and Sakuya eagerly obliges...
