Wrong, it was always censored. On my old laptop I had it in japanese, it was always censored. You seriously cant make an 11 year old chick have breasts when kids read the manga.

The whole point of this scene was that Blue sneaked her Pokemon in when confronting Sabrina, and taunts her by saying how her body is "healthier" to get Sabrina to slash them loose. Without the pokeballs, there'd be no point to the scene.
