A lot of people dislike it when you ask for a translation immediately after an image is posted because any potential translators haven't even had the chance to see the image yet.
@Daddy-Jester "Translation bump" type comments are generally unproductive comments that do nothing to promote discussion. They aren't informative or humorous, they don't offer any critique or commentary or useful notes about the image, they aren't posing interesting questions or answering anyone else's questions. All they do is create more noise. For that reason, a lot of users absolutely hate comments like these, so the downvotes shouldn't come as a surprise.
If you really want to see something translated, and it isn't something that was just uploaded within the last few weeks, that's why forum topic #7805 exists. Be prepared to explain why a particular image or comment deserves to be translated ahead of the other ~283k posts that still lack translations.

I didn’t know it was just recently posted it had been weeks since I looked up Blue Archive artwork and just saw it. I don’t often look at the post dates really this was the first time I ever did since you said it was just posted. So I was generally confused one why it was disliked I’m like do people not want it translated? If I annoyed anyone I apologize
