I think that's what Keine stole. Keine stole Marisa's precious femininity. Because of that, Marisa is now a guy.

Hm. Keine ate Marisa's history of "being born female", and created a history of "being born male" in its place when the moon was full, I think.

For a while there, I was thinking Reimu was thinking all that text in panel 29 (33 if you count the headers). After reading it over several times I just now considered Shizune thinking it instead. XD
