“You must be wondering why you’re here.”

Jonah screamed into his gag, but the shiny red ball muffled his threats. He winced as his wrists rubbed raw against the rope tying him back against a beam.

“Come on, relax… We’re only asking for a little favor.”

The single light in the basement shone upon Jonah, casting all but his captors’ hands in shadow.

“It took us a while to track you down. You didn’t make it easy. But now that we got you, we want to see what the great Jonah Vasquez can really do.”

“Crack this code for us, and we’ll let you free. Don’t, and well…” They flexed their fingers menacingly, dangerously close to his bare size fourteen feet captured and toe-tied in a set of stocks. “Hope you’re not ticklish.”

Sweat and fear poured down Jonah’s face, trickling down his chest and in the center of his exposed armpits. He pushed his tongue against the gag, trying to force it out of his mouth, but it was all useless.

“Nothing to say? Alright then, let’s tickle you first, and try again later. Just know we won’t stop until you give us the word. If you ever give us the word.”

They laughed meanly as they closed in on Jonah’s helpless body. As their fingers landed on his big, soft soles, someone said, “Damn, his feet smell amazing…” as Jonah became their newfound tickle toy.
