Sniping doesn't necessarily equal sneaky kills, it's equals killing from a secluded position. The kill itself isn't always sneaky and a Barrett is anything but that. Barrets have been know to take out trucks and entire armored personnel carriers. So it's not for single man assassination. But if you are there to blow crap up, it'll do.
And for a stealth expert like Soifon, who can instantly move at the speed of sound and kill someone in two strikes, to pick a weapon like that; it's safe to say that she's not going for subtlety.

I doubt that She will be in the final fight against Aizen. I could see Head Captain Yamamoto And Ichigo in his second hollow form double teaming him

Of course she's not going to be in the final fight, but I'm saying that even though she has one of teh best weapons in the bleach universe, it prob. won't do jack sh*t when it comes to the main antagonists.
I agree that this is a really cool drawing ! By The way, i think her bankai is uncreative but so cool , sometimes, a hand Held Ballistic missile can do better than a sneaky mission ...

Her shikai kills in two strikes, so her bankai kills in one. And it's still in the theme of her zanpakuto.
