technically it says "omanko" but the "o" prefix makes it "honourable pussy" so i see why you just said "manko".
Ya, I think you'll find that お in modern/colloquial speech has come to mean both more and less than it did as the honorific prefix, now it's just an incontrovertible piece of so many words.
