Well considering their different skin color, hair color and eye color...I think there might have been a few more modifications thrown in. I mean, they just wanted Saya's azure grimoire possibility, they didn't have to look like the original beyond their faces and maybe voice.

I agree that they aren't the same size, but Noel's aren't that small.

Noel's should be a tad bigger, Nu's should be that same size. Looking at Nu's sprites, they just "look" bigger at times. A majority of the time theyre about the same size, but whatever

Noel is small because she was a defect of the clone of saya.
