    It's for the 'touhou GTA fanart project' at pixiv, inspired by the 'remilia-sama ga yuku' video series you can watch on nico (ex. http://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm5894661 ). It'll be hard to follow if you can't read japanese though as alot of the humor comes from the japanese subtitles which mostly have nothing to do with the english being spoken. Art with the tag レミリア様がゆく on pixiv is probably inspired by the nico videos.
