Pixiv tags confirm this is Star Ocean, but I'm not quite sure on the characters.

I know for a fact the girl in front is Lymle, and behind her is Meracle, both from four. After much thinking, I'm thinking the girl on the right is Peppita from three. Clueless on the girl on the left, my first guess was Reimi, but Reimi's eyes are brown.

And yet, you didn't link the pixiv link in source so maybe others could view the tags :V

Got it from the picture description, pixiv artists are so sloppy with tags.
