From the looks of it, he's pulling the string back with all five fingers - an overall bad idea. It will not only ruin his trajectory but he might even end up injuring his fingers.
he's also holding it in the wrong hand. i'm pretty sure that you always hold the bow in the left hand. so over all, this pic has some fail and some win in it.
