    I think it might be the turrets but I have the feeling the artist search HMS Charybdis on the internet , read about HMS Charybdis (F75) being a (post-war) Leander class and searched the turrets of Leander-class cruiser because these turrets don't really look like the Mk. III UD twin mounts Charybdis and Scylla have.
