She's a Seaplane Tender nothing close to an actual CV, even less a CVL and on top of that she gets SR rarity lmao. At this point I won't be surprised if they slap the missile retrofits shown on the previous event for An Shan and Chang Chun with this event.

SR rarity here actually means Elite (purple). If you were thinking of gold border, it's called SSR in JP server.

Interesting observation on the rigging. Do you think that's a design choice to reflect how her irl ship isn't well equipped? Or are there other precedents for ship girls without rigging?

Made a bit of research and perhaps she had an "interesting" history. Like other ships, she is originally named Manila a Merchant Ship constructed in Bremen Shipyard in Germany. She ends up being transferred several times (lately to the Chinese) and renamed Zhenhai.

For her weapons, she has two 120mm main guns and four 76mm secondary guns but of course she can't compete with "regular" warships at her time. But that didn't stop her officers and engineers anyway.

Not exactly sure how this will affect in game, perhaps she being the first Seaplane Tender in AL means new gimmicks. Might had to see it first.

Then realize Aquila, the first and only actual Italian 'carrier' was also a sea plane carrier, no more capable, and is meta defining. Meanwhile Chen Hai....is a waste of resources because in keeping with her sea plane carrier heritage, can only use sea planes like the battlecarrier refits.
