Dialogue makes me think this is Gorou, but he got 63'd by Yae Miko somehow.
That's basically all that Hina is. Gorou helps Yae out with the magazine "That's Life", specifically the advice column, where many readers write to Yae and "That's Life" seeking advice regarding troublesome matters, and Gorou, under the alias/pseudonym "Ms. Hina", responds to the questions providing them their guidance.
