Ah well Flan and Rumia do have the ribbon on the same side and are blonds ._. i guess the (lack of) wings or that phrase that's yet to be translated are dead giveaways. hahah. Had to double take on who this was once i saw the tag. I swore it was Flan from the thumbnail.

well actually it looks like both Flan and Rumia has their ribbons on the left side and Remilia has the right (was looking at EoSD art. But yeah it doesn't matter if that's her trademark catchphrase up there haha. but for a second i thought it was (a hatless) Flandre from the thumbnail till i saw the tags. Plus it said side ponytail and her hair here looked like Flan's so....yeah. Oh well Rumia it is haha.
